Everything in this hotel is perfect, starting from the food, rooms, environment, activities, etc. The staff is very kind and hospitable, they are available at any time for anything. The food is controlled in detail and very tasty. My niece is diabetic and the cooks are available to cook special meals for her and also gluten free. The hotel in general is very clean both inside and out. The sea is very clean and lifeguards are located in every part of the hotel. I have been coming to Antalya for vacations for 18 years and I can say that this is the best hotel I have ever been to. I highly recommend it.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The beach is amazing, the surrounding sights are great. They have a great entertainment team that works day and night. Unlimited taste experiences all day long in Royal Diwa Tekirova. My family really enjoyed the time we spent there. See you soon again. 😊 Best regards!

We was from 18-25 September in this hotel. The best part is location (view and nature and food) all the rest is under 3 stars hotel. The nature is really great and territory is very green and beautiful. Food was with loads of diversity and really tasty. Seafood, red fish, meet, grilled and vegan food. Food is the strongest point of this hotel. But service was worse i ever saw in hotels especially for Turkey this is really bad one! We was 2 adults with 1 children (3 years) and they gives us a room with 2 small beds, separated and with nothing in the bathroom even no toilet paper, brushes and other stuff. On next day we asked to change room and they moved us in a room with king bed but other problems was there ( the phone was not working and we informed, they checked and no one comes till the end to solve it) so we had no phone in the room. In 7 day our room was cleaned only 1 time. And on this hotel have 2 different type if rooms - renovated and not renovated and they do differently approach not only in the room condition but as well in service and cosmetics they use. On simple rooms are poor sets with simple shampoo and shower gel, creams, in lake diwa rooms they use brand cosmetics and the difference on price rooms was only 400€. The stuff alway not smiling and sometimes rude. Only the guy on the beach bar was very friendly and nice. They miss a lot of alcohol drinks every day they was told us that half of drinks was finished even sometimes beer they don’t wave, iagermeister, or other from export drinks. The kids club and evening divertissement is so poor! Nothing interesting for kids and animators also low qualified. Evening disco for children every only 7-8 the same songs with nothing special. Even if kids club is until 23:45 sometimes kids just don’t want to stay there because is boring and attention for kids is around 0. Also a big plus of this hotel is good coffee Nespresso in the rooms a s well and Starbucks in the main build with very tasty desserts. Evening programs also very poor, bands are singing as karaoke level and no one want to dance because of weird playlist. Only then DJ played was better. And show program also not very good, very amateur dancers, acrobats was good and Pop corn circus also good and Turkish program also good! All the situation on this hotel is saved by food and view and territory and aqua park is also good! We will not choose for second visit this hotel because it is not normal for guests to feel the difference between the room you choose is renovated or old- service should be the same. As well we saw some famous bloggers from Russia that are staying for free in the hotel with their families and they have very special privileges from other guests and mostly they post on instagram, the feedbacks are fake or not close to reality. The price for this hotel in September should be lower for that quality you feel every day and service.

I stayed at this resort for 10 days with my family, and with my friend who was with his family, at first I am talking about some incorrect services such as cleaning the room and changing towels and providing shampoo was a daily problem as we had to that we took it ourselves, the rooms were not renovated as they were advertised to us, the mini bar and coffee in the room was free of charge only for the first time, if you ask for it to be refilled, you will pay, it seems a little senseless that we have been vacationing for 20 years Turkey and it's the first time this happened to me, alcoholic drinks were missing most of the time and I had to go from one bar to another to find it, at dinner time I couldn't stay in the resort because there were mosquitoes, during my stay in resort, we booked an appointment for the massage center for 4 people and I was surprised by the behavior of the manager or the owner with arrogant and ironic behavior that I could have started a physical conflict because he deserved a good stick. The outdoor facilities were at the right height, such as greenery, cleaning, sea, aquapark, toilets, swimming pools, etc. The food, fruits, desserts and soft drinks were very good, I complement them. A defect, the largest part of the staff did not know English, this made the local vacationers get a better service than us. If these are fixed, I believe I will be your customer again. I'm sorry that I didn't emphasize it, I was talking about branded alcoholic drinks, most of them had to be paid for. And the few brand 3 or 4 drinks that were free were not always in the respective bars.
